Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the COD Profit Dashboard platform (the "Service") operated by Aresium LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Service Description

COD Profit Dashboard is a SaaS platform that connects to your Shopify stores and Meta Ads accounts to calculate and display your real-time profit metrics. The Service provides data aggregation, cost management, and reporting features.

3. Subscription Plans

The Service offers the following plans:

  • Free — 1 store, 7 days history
  • Starter ($15/mo) — 3 stores, 30 days history
  • Pro ($29/mo) — 10 stores, unlimited history
  • Business ($79/mo) — 30 stores, unlimited history, API access

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Your Data and API Credentials

You grant us permission to access your Shopify and Meta Ads data using the API credentials you provide, solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share these credentials with us.

API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We access your data only to provide the Service and do not use it for any other purpose.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Exceed the limits of your subscription plan through technical means

6. Data Accuracy

The Service provides profit calculations based on the data retrieved from Shopify and Meta Ads APIs and the cost settings you configure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of these calculations. You are responsible for verifying the data and configuring accurate cost settings.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aresium LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Aresium LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
